At Dolce Creations, we want you to have the best possible shopping experience. To avoid confusion, please read our policies according to the type of product.
1. DTF Transfers and DTF UV (Prints Only – Non-Refundable)
All sales are final
All orders of DTF Transfers and DTF UV are final.
No returns or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances, as these are made-to-order print products.
Color Disclaimer
Colors are not guaranteed with Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing.
Final prints may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to monitor differences, file settings, and CMYK ink limitations.
We are not responsible if colors differ from previous orders.
Shipping
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 p.m., on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier chosen.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Customer responsibility: Ensure your address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.
2. Finished Products (T-Shirts, Mugs, and Other Items)
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that all purchases are considered final, reflecting our commitment to provide the best products and ensure your satisfaction.
Exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives defective or imperfect.
Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Returns or exchanges do not apply to personalized items or discounted products.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to report a defective product
If your product arrives defective or imperfect, contact info@dtfdolcecreations.com
within 3 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the product.
Once the defect is verified, we will provide instructions for the exchange.
Shipping – Finished Products
All orders of finished products such as t-shirts, mugs, and other items are processed and shipped within a maximum of 3 business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the carrier chosen.
A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your order.

Additional Information
Damaged or incorrect products: If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately within 3 days of receipt with photos so we can offer a solution.
Lost shipments: We are not responsible for packages lost in transit, but we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
